Preheat oven. from thawed, allow 10 minutes of cooking time per inch of thickness at 350°F. From frozen, allow 20 minutes of cooking time per inch of thickness at 350°F. Cooking tip: The fish should be opaque, moist, and flake easily when tested with a fork.
