Trident's Alaska Rockfish is a lean, high-quality, ocean-fresh fish, with a firm, meaty flesh that turns snow white when cooked. It has a delicate, nutty, and sweet flavor. The mild flavor of this premium seafood lends itself to a variety of sauces and recipes.
Rockfish Scampi: Rockfish Fillet sautéed to order in a rich garlic butter and white wine scampi sauce. Served over delicate angel hair pasta, garnished with coarse-ground black pepper, minced parsley and fresh lemon wedge. Accompany with crusty French bread.
Preheat to 400 °F, cook for 9 to 10 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Preheat to 350 °F, cook for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Not intended for deep-fry applications. If product is defrosted, reduce all cook times by 25-30%.
In greased pan, cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
Microwave cooking is not recommended.
Thawing instructions: Remove all packaging. Place on a tray or plate. Cover with plastic wrap or wax paper and thaw in the refrigerator for 16 – 24 hours. Keep thawed product refrigerated and use within 2 – 3 days.
