KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE

Conventional oven

Bake at 350 – 400°F on a greased baking sheet

Broil

4 inches from broiler heat or pan fry medium-high for 10 minutes per inch of thawed product (20 minutes per inch of frozen product).

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

Keep frozen at 0°F or below until ready to use

Thawing instructions: Remove all packaging. Place on a tray or plate. Cover with plastic wrap or wax paper and thaw in the refrigerator for 16 – 24 hours. Keep thawed product refrigerated and use within 2 – 3 days.
