Harissa 10g Protein Noodles™ with Yogurt, Cherry Tomatoes, Olives and Capers

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 3 Large Onions, thinly sliced

  • 2 Tablespoons Rose Harissa

  • 3 lb Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half

  • 1 1/2 lb Canned Tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 oz Capers

  • 6 oz Kalamata Olives, chopped

  • Coarse Salt and freshly Ground Pepper

  • 2.5 lb 10g™ Protein Noodles (10lb case) 7929692800

  • Garnish Greek Yogurt (Plain)

  • Garnish Fresh Parsley, chopped

  • Garnish Rose Petals

Directions

  1. Combine oil and onions in skillet and cook until golden.

  2. Add harissa, tomatoes, capers and olives and cook until tomatoes start to break down. Cook until sauce is thickened. Season.

  3. Combine 10g Protein Noodles™ with sauce.

Serve: topped with yogurt, parsley and rose petals.
