3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Large Onions, thinly sliced
2 Tablespoons Rose Harissa
3 lb Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half
1 1/2 lb Canned Tomatoes, chopped
2 oz Capers
6 oz Kalamata Olives, chopped
Coarse Salt and freshly Ground Pepper

Garnish Greek Yogurt (Plain)
Garnish Fresh Parsley, chopped
Garnish Rose Petals
Combine oil and onions in skillet and cook until golden.
Add harissa, tomatoes, capers and olives and cook until tomatoes start to break down. Cook until sauce is thickened. Season.
Combine 10g Protein Noodles™ with sauce.
Serve: topped with yogurt, parsley and rose petals.
