Ingredients

  • 12 Each Wild Alaska Pollock Burger 4 oz IQF 421800

  • 1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 12 Each Burger Rolls (split and toasted)

  • 12 Cups Romaine Lettuce (Shredded)

  • 3 Each Avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced

  • 3/4 Cup BBQ Sauce

  • 18 oz Battered Onion Rings

  • Cilantro Sprigs

Directions

  1. Prepare burgers and onion rings per package instructions

  2. Combine mayonnaise, cumin, and salt & pepper.

  3. Spread the mayo mixture on the cut sides of the buns. Add Romaine leaves, avocado, Pollock burger, BBQ sauce, onion rings and cilantro sprigs. Cover with the top of the bun and serve.
